CANCELLATIONS

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours (beauty services & tiny tattoos) & 48 hours (PMU) notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations after those windows will result in 100% fee of the service total. No-call/no-show appointments will also require a 50% deposit upon rescheduling for a future date, once previous balance is paid in full, if not previously charged. Client will be auto debited any fees within 24 hours. Not showing up twice without notice will result in no future bookings.

CHILD POLICY

We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests & we also care about the safety of your little ones. No children under the age of 12 are permitted.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

In order to best accommodate the needs of all clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be rescheduled to the next available appointment.

BOOKING POLICY

We require a credit card to reserve your appointment for all online services. All new tattoo appointments and PMU services will require a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit.
