Policies
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours (beauty services) & 48 hours (PMU) notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations after those windows will result in 100% fee of the service total. No-call/no-show appointments will also require a 50% deposit upon rescheduling for a future date, once previous balance is paid in full, if not previously charged. Client will be auto debited any fees within 24 hours. Not showing up twice without notice will result in no future bookings.
CHILD POLICY
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of my guests & we also care about the safety of your little ones. No children under the age of 12 are permitted.
GUEST POLICY
No guests will be allowed in the building with you during your appointment. This is directly in response to COVID regulations and capacity.
LATE APRRIVAL POLICY
In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment.
BOOKING POLICY
We require a credit card to reserve your appointment for all online services. There are some services that will require a deposit.
